We are proud to announce that we are now ISO 9001 and 17100 certified!

While for many years we have been working in compliance with ISO standards it was our time to take quality to the next step and seek our certification.


What are these norms?

ISO 9001:2015 certifies effective planning, operation and control of a company’s processes and the implementation and continuous improvement of its quality management system. The ISO framework provides a stated quality policy, quality manual and documented procedures, along with documented organization, implementation and record keeping.

ISO 17100:2015 refers specifically to language service providers and their commitment to ensure their core processes and resources meet the specifications and best practices for the delivery of high quality translation services.


How do these certifications impact our clients?

Being ISO 9001 and 17100 certified will definitely mean a streamlined customer service. These norms have been set up for companies to focus on meeting customer needs, delivering what was promised to their customers and improving overall quality of products and services.

When holding  ISO certifications, companies must abide by their standards and undergo regular audits to ensure compliance, which contributes to full transparency with their clients and all stakeholders.  

Additionally, both ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 are customer-driven and monitor how we measure customer satisfaction. This impacts our clients directly because, basically, it will be through their feedback and suggestions that we will constantly examine and improve our processes.


How do these certifications impact our way of doing business?

While undergoing this pre certification process we have been analyzing our processes and workflows in detail in all company sectors, having the opportunity to make overall adjustments and improvements.

However, the main concept that has been deeply ingrained on our company way of doing business is to look at “problems” as improvement opportunities.  It has helped us to strengthen our ability to complete thorough root cause analysis with improvement action plans that we monitor and measure its performance and impact. Additionally it led us to implement solid career plans and professional training programs for our team.
