Buenos Aires, September 19, 2023 – In a moving ceremony held on Monday, September 18, in the city of Buenos Aires, the Responsible Leadership and Organizations Foundation (FLOR) granted Win & Winnow Language Services the prestigious FLOR Diversity Award 2023 in the SME category. This award recognizes and celebrates the organization’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace and beyond.
What is the FLOR Diversity Award?
The FLOR Foundation, founded by Andrea Grobocopatel in Argentina, aims to highlight organizations that consider diversity as an integral part of their strategy and values, viewing it as a source of innovation and creativity in the face of current challenges. Therefore, it recognizes organizations through the FLOR Diversity Awards that consider diversity management a fundamental aspect of their strategy and values.
In this eighth edition of the FLOR Diversity Awards, more than 100 nominations were received across various categories. An esteemed jury of personalities from the business and social sectors meticulously evaluated each one. The FLOR Diversity Awards serve as a crucial initiative to communicate and celebrate diversity management experiences in Argentina and Latin America.

“For us, we’re proud and very excited to be on this stage again,” said our People & Culture Manager, Romina Lo Schiavo, as she began her acceptance speech. After being finalists for two consecutive years and conducting an extensive review of our processes, policies, and programs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, receiving the FLOR Diversity Award 2023 is an enormous gratification.
Why did we decide to persist? Each nomination challenged us, allowed us to recognize our daily work, and further developed our appreciative perspective. It invited us to review our practices, work models, and business approaches where diversity is one of our primary drivers. In the first and second nominations, we were part of the shortlisted organizations. In each instance, we celebrated the work accomplished and the recognition received. We revisited, learned, corrected, and aimed for more. In this latest edition, we won the FLOR Diversity Award 2023!
