B Corp Certification Process

Certifying as a B Corporation goes beyond product- or service-level certification. B Corp Certification is the only certification that measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance. The B Impact Assessment evaluates how our company’s operations and business model impact our workers, community, environment, and customers. 

To maintain the B Corp Certification, we must update our B Impact Assessment every 3 years, provide additional documents to verify our answers, and achieve at least 80 of the 200 points available in the assessment. The recertification allows for defining improvement goals in line with the new standards and being able to compare our performance.

Becoming certified as a B Corporation in 2019 was a significant step in this ongoing journey – it means that we are walking our talk, and we took legal commitment to do so. We are acting on our recruitment processes and our team’s experience, consolidating our commitment to creating inclusive opportunities in our industry and supporting our local community, measuring our environmental performance, and continuously improving our processes.

• Gender equality and women empowerment. We implemented an action plan to promote gender equality and women empowerment that was recognized by UN Women through the WEPs Awards.
• Health & well-being. We support a balanced and healthy lifestyle and provide programs and activities for our employees to feel well and happy.
• Youth employment. We deliver educational webinars aimed at fostering youth employment in our industry.
• Diversity & inclusion. We established a Diversity & inclusion policy to become a workplace where everyone feels safe and appreciated.
• Climate action. We have committed to being carbon-neutral by 2030.
