This year marks a special milestone for us at Win &amp; Winnow: we are celebrating our 20th anniversary! Over these two decades, we have grown and evolved, and we want to share some exciting changes in our brand image with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unveiling Our New Logo!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/winandwinnow.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/sin-titulo-1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"Win &amp; Winnow's new logo\" class=\"wp-image-16521\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our new logo, the chameleon remains our brand mascot, representing our 360 vision, adaptability, and dynamic and agile work style. The simplicity of the design symbolizes the maturity, experience, and growth we have gained over these 20 years. This is reflected in the removal of the three dots from the chameleon, which used to represent our offices in Buenos Aires, New York, and S\u00e3o Paulo. But today, we are a global company! We also said goodbye to &#8220;Language Services&#8221; because, after 20 years, Win &amp; Winnow is a recognized brand in its industry. And finally, we included a handwritten element, showing that we are present in every detail and that our solutions are tailored to our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Making Straightforward Statements And Acting Upon it<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To celebrate these 20 years, our purpose has also been reframed to express better Win &amp; Winnow\u2019s essence: \u201cImprove lives through accessible information.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this purpose and work with it every day, we are officially presenting our four company mottos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Be The Customer:<\/strong> To offer personalized solutions that adapt to our client\u2019s unique needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Think Bigger:<\/strong> To push boundaries and always look for new growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Better:<\/strong> To commit to continuous improvement and a positive impact on people and the planet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Smarter:<\/strong> To create a work environment built around trust, responsibility, and flexibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To all those who were part of this journey and to those who will join us, thank you for these 20 years.
